All sales are final

Due to the immediate allocation of server resources upon account creation, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Email usage limits

1,000 emails/month and 5 bulk campaigns/month per organization. Misuse for spam or phishing results in immediate termination.

Access Vault responsibility

You are solely responsible for the lawful handling of client property access codes stored in the Secure Access Vault.

10-day data scrub on deletion

Deleted organizations enter a 10-day grace queue. After that, all data is permanently purged from production and backups.

Utah jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are settled in Salt Lake County courts.
